Thank you for choosing OCakesions, where we create custom, fresh cakes in Abuja and deliver same-day to make your moments even sweeter. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re committed to making sure you love every cake you receive.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the cake is in a reasonably untouched condition.
• Returns apply mainly when there is a service or production error, such as:
  1. Wrong flavour
  2. Wrong colour
  3. A different cake from what you ordered
• To process a return or exchange, kindly contact us through our hotline:

• You may also walk into any of our bakery locations listed on our Contact Us page.
• Please ensure the cake is returned in its original packaging.
• Once received and verified, we will process your exchange or refund — typically within 30 minutes.

Refunds & Cancellations

• You can request a refund anytime up to 4 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
• Once we are within the 4-hour delivery window, your cake is already being prepared for dispatch and cancellations may disrupt our delivery flow.

Important Notes

For custom cakes and urgent same-day orders, decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and our production team.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method, when applicable.

OCakesions reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if the cake has been significantly consumed, altered, damaged, or not returned in its original packaging.
